​04/01/2026 Notice to Creditors – Distribution Update
The Assignee provides the following update regarding the Crystal Cruises Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors (ABC).

The Assignee has completed substantially all tasks necessary to administer the Assignment and is preparing to make a distribution in or about July/August of this year from the majority of funds collected in the ABC. While final calculations remain in process, the Assignee currently anticipates a distribution slightly in excess of 30% on allowed unsecured claims.

Additional information concerning the distribution, including timing and payment procedures, will be posted as it becomes available.

General Information

On February 11, 2022, Crystal Cruises, LLC, a California limited liability company, Crystal Holdings U.S., LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and Crystal AirCruises, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (collectively, the “Assignors”) each filed an assignment for the benefit of creditors (the “Assignments”) to Mark C. Healy (“Assignee”) in the Circuit Court for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit in and for Miami-Dade County, Florida, Complex Business Litigation Division.  The cases have been assigned to the Honorable Alan S. Fine.

JUDGE ALAN S. FINE
In January, 2022, Judge Alan Fine joined Judge Michael Hanzman in the Complex Business Litigation Division.  Judge Fine was appointed to the Circuit Court bench by the former Governor Rick Scott in 2012 and re-elected in 2014.  While on the Circuit Court, Judge Fine has held assignments in the Juvenile, Criminal and Civil Divisions.
